Introduction: Post-Menopausal Bleeding (PMB) is seen in around 4-11% of menopausal patients and can be a symptom of underlying malignancy. The causes of PMB can be numerous ranging from non-neoplastic to neoplastic. However, there is lot of inter observer variability in diagnosis of these entities. In this paper we present the degree of agreeability in the diagnosis of these entities on endometrial biopsies in women with PMB. Aims and objectives: To evaluate the inter observer variability in the diagnosis of endometrial pathology in PMB patients whose biopsies are submitted to department of Pathology during the study period. Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective study of 3 years duration from 2019 to 2021 from department of Pathology, Guntur Medical College, Guntur. Inclusion criteria: All biopsies submitted to department of Pathology with complaints of PMB. Exclusion criteria: All other non-endometrial tissues are excluded from the study. All the H and E slides were reviewed independently by 2 pathologists and the agreement rate between original and review diagnosis and between individual pathologists were calculated for different category of lesions like nonneoplastic, neoplastic and neoplastic.
