Impaired fetal grow than d maternal health outcomes are closely linked to gestational diabetes and low birth weight. Low birth weight refers to infants weighing less than 2,500 grams at birth. Gestational diabetes is a kind of diabetes that can develop during pregnancy in people who donot already have the disease. These conditions, which can be caused by intrauterine growth restriction, present families with substantial physical, financial, and psychological difficulties. India now has a 14% rate of gestational diabetes and an 18.24% rate of low birth weight, with rural rates being substantially higher than urban rates. In order to clarify the incidence of gestational diabetes and low birth weight in India, this study presents a comprehensive analysis pipeline. Utilizing Pub Meddata through keywords such as preterm birth, perinatal loss, low birth weight, and fetal mortality,we created an extensive dataset with PubMed IDs, author details, titles, years, journal details, countries, abstracts, and publication kinds. We found characteristics associated with low birth weight and gestational diabetes by using natural language processing (NLP). The study uses bio python and scikit-learn packages for Python programming, and various visualization techniques like bar charts, pie charts, and word clouds were used to illustrate the patterns and temporal distribution of low birth weight and stillbirth cases. In recent times, the prevalence of low birth weight and gestational diabetes has not decreased, even in spite of India's economic growth and greater investment in nutritional support by the public health sector. There is a crucial need to prioritize the quality of antenatal care services for pregnant women, focusing on raising awareness and sensitization to improve maternal nutrition.
