Job satisfaction is progressive emotional response and attitude of people towards their work. It is an integral part of an individual’s professional life. Important predictors of satisfaction with job are nature of work, relationship with co-worker, pay and allowances, Interpersonal relationship and empowerment. Job satisfaction is important factor for both employees and the institutions they work. Objective of study was to determine level of Job Satisfaction among Occupational Therapists in Pakistan. This was a descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 120 occupational therapists working in Pakistan. Duration of study was 6 months. Data was collected through validated job satisfaction survey questionnaire consists of two sections first demographics and second questionnaire. Data was collected from those occupational therapists who meet the inclusion criteria. Participants who were not meeting the inclusion criteria were excluded. The results indicated that out of 120 participants 101 were females and 19 were males. Most of the respondents were lies in the age range between 20to 30years, working in private sectors, having BSc. Occupational therapy degree, was unmarried, and majority were belonging from Lahore. Results indicated that occupational therapists working in Pakistan were highly satisfied from pay they receive (M= 31.41, SD=9.24), followed by nature of work (M=28.96, SD=8.29) and moderately satisfy from personal growth and career development (M=28.79, SD=8.05), and relationship with co-workers (M=25.64, SD=7.30), and empowerment (M=26.90, SD=7.53). It was concluded from the study that overall level of satisfaction from job of occupational therapists was high. Occupational therapists were satisfied from their nature of work, pay and allowances, and personal growth and career development. But not much satisfied from relationship with co-workers and empowerment.
