Abstract

The interference of third parties in the proceedings, as one of the important concepts in civil procedure law, has significant effects on the process and results of the proceedings. This research aims to analyze the interference of third parties in the proceedings with descriptive-analytical method jurisprudentially. The jurisprudential fundamentals of the interference of third parties in proceedings go back to the principles and rules of Sharia and jurisprudence, which have a special place in Islamic jurisprudence. These fundamentals emphasize the principle of justice and fairness and introduce the interference of third parties as one of the means of realizing justice.
