Hence, Microorganisms are important because they are producing many useful substances, among which microbial enzymes are especially significant due to their wide applications in industry, biotechnology chemical, pharmaceuticals, fermentation and food production. Enzymes are natural substances that work to catalyst the reactions in living organisms. Therefore, Enzymes are an essential factor for all biological reactions due to their role in catalyzing components.
