This is a qualitative study that aims to investigate the challenges experienced by nursing students during their Relate Learning Experience (RLE). This also includes a literature review on the effect of nature on the burnout of the students. These themes represent interesting and potentially fruitful areas for future studies that combine their burnout in their RLE work with environmental psychological aspects. The themes showed that participants differ in their challenges based on their characteristics. Moreso, positive and negative challenges were experienced by the participants. In order for the nursing students to somehow overcome their burnout, it is good to reiterate the significant influence of nature, as shown in many studies. Therefore, it is recommended in this study that the supervisors play a supervisors play a crucial role in facilitating the related learning experiences of the students and engaging them in nature, as this could give them therapeutic effects that might lessen their burnout. The integration to the nursing curriculum of the positive nature’s impact on students' health might also be considered.
