Background - Pathological leucorrhoea is a prevalent gynaecological condition causing abnormal vaginal discharge, particularly among women of reproductive age in regions with limited healthcare access. Its symptoms include foul odour, itching, irritation, and discomfort, impacting women's quality of life. It is often associated with other gynaecological conditions and can indicate more severe malignancies. The condition burdens healthcare systems, leading to chronic morbidity and complications. Effective public health strategies, including education on hygiene, regular screening, and accessible treatment options, are crucial for managing and preventing pathological leucorrhoea. Methodology - Search terms include global research, peer-reviewed journals, studies from 2000–2023, evaluation of results, and implications for public health. The search aims to find studies on homoeopathic treatment for pathological leucorrhoea, its association with public health, and demographic characteristics. Result- An irregular vaginal discharge known as pathological leucorrhoea influences demography, ergonomics, and public health. HIV transmission and problems with reproductive health may result from it. Education and early detection are essential components of public health initiatives. Women's health needs should be supported at work, particularly those of lowerincome women. Leucorrhoea can be managed holistically with homoeopathy, which treats both the underlying causes and physical symptoms of the condition. Conclusion - Healthcare practitioners must manage the characteristics of pathological leucorrhoea, a complex disorder that affects women, using an integrative approach that includes Homoeopathy as a Complementary medicine, early detection, fair access, education, and workplace support. Using homoeopathy as complementary medication also relief public health expenses due to its cost-effectiveness.
