The South Asian tree Moringa oleifera Lamarck, often called Moringa pterygosperma Gaertner, is a member of the Moringaceae family and grows close to the Himalayan mountains, from Northwest Pakistan to North India. The deciduous treesgrows swiftly, even on unfavorable soils, is well-suited to dry spells, and may reach a height of up to 15 meters. At chest height, its width is 20 to 40 centimeters. Here we found the moringa olifera methanolic extract show immense potential as anti-microbial agent against several gram positive as well as gram negative bacteria.
