Saliva, in forensics can be an extremely helpful tool in identifying the age, sex, ABO blood groups, microbial signature.Forensic science continues to flourish, integrating cutting edge technologies to developing proficiencies and aid in criminal investigations. Among these advancements, fluorescent spectroscopy stands out as a powerful benchmarking tool that had gained traction in forensic analysis, particularly in predicting the presence of human saliva, even on inanimate objects and even helps in detection and identification using dried salivary stain too.
