Abstract

The study area has good geographical (natural and human) characteristics for agriculture, from climate, water sources, agricultural land, manpower, physical, moral, and other characteristics. The agricultural situation in the study area is currently governed by several factors, including the realities of the political system that are incompatible with modern agricultural development projects and self-sufficiency programs. and the nature of land and water, as agricultural land nowadays suffers from a significant decline in the area under cultivation, accompanied by a decrease in agricultural dunum yields, with a rise in soil salinity, scarcity of wastewater quantities, and shortage of extrusion and drainage projects These problems are the result of cumulative errors and require exceptional efforts to address them.
