This study examines the impact of an organisational justice, which refers to the fairness in the distribution of resources, procedures, interpersonal interactions, and information, on employee wellbeing. The analysis of data from 142 employees reveals that fairness has a substantial positive impact on job satisfaction and overall wellbeing. The findings highlight the significance of equitable treatment in boosting employee wellbeing and contentment, offering crucial perspectives for optimizing workplace policies and human resource approaches. The cross-correlation matrix reveals the interdependent relationship between the different dimensions of an organisational justice as well as their combined influence on the wellbeing and work satisfaction of employees. The strong correlations between justice aspects highlight their collective impact on creating an equitable work environment, while the notable correlations with "employee wellbeing& job satisfaction" show the significance of justice views in enhancing favorable employee outcomes. This study investigates the main discoveries and theoretical frameworks in this field, offering a thorough comprehension of how an organisational justice influences the wellbeing of employees.
