Coronary artery disease (CAD) remains the leading cause of mortality worldwide, affecting both developed and developing nations. Notably, Pakistani populations exhibit a higher predisposition to earlyonset CAD. While traditional risk factors account for many cases, a significant subset of CAD patients presents without conventional risk factors, suggesting the involvement of alternative mechanisms.
