Gallstone disease is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder requiring surgical intervention in symptomatic cases. This study evaluates the clinical outcomes, perioperative complications, and post-surgical recovery patterns in patients undergoing laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy. Objective: The study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic versus open cholecystectomy, assess perioperative complications, and determine factors influencing post- operative recovery.
