Abstract

The synthesis of new compounds with antimicrobial properties is a central objective today in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Flourine substituted Benzimidazolepyrazole molecules (4a-4f) have shown remarkable biological properties, such as antimicrobial activities. Moreover, recent literature mentions the syntheses and antimicrobial properties of some benzimidazole–pyrazole hybrids, as well as other biological properties thereof. In this regard, we aim to prepare novel flourine substituted benzimidazole-pyrazole hybrid molecules, to determine the antimicrobial activities of the compounds. The prepared molecules exhibited very good antimicrobial activities against E.Coli, P.Aeruginosa, S. Aureus, A.Flavus, and A.Niger.
