Abstract

One of the crucial needs that a business must meet is passenger happiness towards public infrastructural development . This study's primary goal is to ascertain how passenger satisfaction at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (KLIA Terminal 2) is impacted by the performance of ground handling service provider in KLIA Terminal 2 . This study employs a quantitative methodology that begins with the processing of questionnaire data using Likert scale weighting and data processing using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrated that passenger satisfaction was signifi cantly impacted by the performance of ground handling service provider in the Customer Service Officer, Check In Counter, and Boarding Gate sections, with the Aviation Security officers' (AVSEC) performance having the greatest impact. This result highlights the significance of AVSEC's contribution to passenger satisfaction, whilst other areas at KLIA Terminal 2 require greater focus to enhance their influence on customer satisfaction at KLIA Terminal 2
