A woman's physiological adaptation during pregnancy often causes problems due to the complaints she experiences. Some Pregnant women frequently face complaints during the third trimester include complaints related to psychological conditions, anxiety, and feelings of The unease felt by women during pregnancy. During this period, pregnant women often experience several psychological disorders and the anxiety they feel. So, this study was conducted at the Nanggalo Health Center, Padang City with the aim of whether the pain felt by pregnant women can be reduced through the pregnancy exercise program. A mix of both qualitative and quantitative research methods was used in this study so that it became a combination of designs for this study. In addition, a linear regression test is needed on the independent variables entered into The model of regression used in this study, namely pain management, to achieve the outcomes of this study, the findings from the table above indicate., it can be concluded that the R Square (R2) value = 0.289, which means that the education variable influences pain intensity by 28.9% with a fairly strong correlation strength (R = 0.537) with a significant p value = 0.000. This indicates A relationship of influence exists and regression between pain management and pregnant women's pain levels. In conclusion, the value of applying pain intensity will stay at 1.799 if the independent variable for pain management stays constant. During the final trimester of pregnancy in women., pain management will result in a 0.521 rise in pain severity. Pregnant women's third trimester pain management practices are the primary factor affecting the severity of their discomfort.
