This study seeks to provide a detailed account of a teaching and learning experience that is centred around Project Based Learning (PBL). This experience is a component of an educational innovation initiative aimed at revolutionising finance classes by including different aspects of financial guidance. Th is article specifically examines the process of transforming a subject that analyses financial markets and the assets exchanged within them. From this experience, the students transforms into a financial consulting organisation that provides guidance to investors on capital inves tment strategies. The findings demonstrate a noteworthy level of commitment from the students towards the course, as well as enhanced understanding and grades. Furthermore, the cultivation of competencies and principles such as collaboration, self governance, unity, fairness, and vocational aptitude serve as incentives for us to persist in this pursuit.
