Background: This article investigates the impact of age and experience on pedagogy and attitudes towards learners among medical educators. With shifting educational landscapes and advancing technology, understanding how age and experience impact teaching practices is crucial. Educators' expertise deepens with time, influencing their interactions with students, teaching methods, and openness to innovation. The study employs surveys to analyze these dynamics among medical educators in Pakistan. The findings shed light on how age and experience shape effective teaching approaches and attitudes in the evolving medical education landscape. Methodology: We used a quantitative research approach to investigate the relationship between age, experience, and educators' perceptions in an educational context. We initially created a questionnaire based on existing research questions and conducted a pilot test with 10 participants to refine it. The revised questionnaire was then administered to 114 educators from medical colleges in KP and Punjab, with data analyzed using SPSS software. Results: Our study explored educators' views on teaching methodologies, with a diverse sample spanning ages 22 to 65 years and varying teaching experience. While some correlations between age, experience, and teaching aspects were identified, they often lacked statistical significance, highlighting the multifaceted nature of educators' attitudes and practices. Conclusion: In conclusion, our study reveals the complexity of the relationship between age, experience, and educators' perceptions. While subtle associations exist, they generally lack statistical significance. This underscores the need to consider various factors, including individual teaching philosophies and institutional contexts, in understanding educators' attitudes. As education evolves, a holistic approach is vital. Future research should address limitations, like sample bias, for a more comprehensive understanding.
