The study aims to assess the level of disclosure of Forward Looking information in Jordanian companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. The study also seeks to clarify the impact of disclosing forward-looking information on stock prices. It was conducted on non-financial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, with a sample size of 66 companies. The study utilized a descriptive-analytical approach to data collection and analysis, employing various statistical methods through the SPSS statistical software. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that Jordanian companies are conservative in disclosing their Forward-Looking information, and it confirmed the existence of a positive impact of disclosure of Forward-Looking information on stock prices. The study also indicated that the profitability of companies positively affects the relationship between the disclosure of forward-looking information and stock prices, while the effect of company size was found to be negative on this relationship. The study recommends that companies disclose forward looking information in a manner that serves their interests and reflects positively on their stock prices. Emphasizing the provision of accurate and detailed information about future expectations and plans can lead to increased investor interest and enhance stock value
