Introduction: The use of electronic partographs has become an important innovation in supporting safe and effective labor processes. This study aims to analyze the differences in data accuracy and decision making by midwives before and after using electronic partographs. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental study design. The inclusion criteria in this study were midwives who worked in health facilities in West Pasaman Regency, while the exclusion criteria were midwives who were not directly involved in the labor process. Results: The results showed a significant increase in data accuracy after the use of electronic partograph, with the average pretest score of data accuracy and decision making in the Intervention group of 18.13 with the lowest score of 13 and the highest score of 22 and in the posttest the average was 35.63 with the lowest score of 30 and the highest score of 43. In the control group the average score of Data accuracy and decision making was 18.33 with the lowest score of 13 and the highest score of 24 and in the posttest the average was 17.92 with the lowest score of 10 and the highest score of 23. Conclusion: These findings indicate that electronic partographs not only improve the accuracy of data recording but also strengthen midwives' ability to make evidence-based decisions. This study recommends comprehensive training and provision of supporting infrastructure to optimize the use of electronic partographs in health care facilities.
