Abstract

Cynodon dactylon (L.), commonly known as Bermuda grass, is a well-known herb among medicinal herbs. This study investigated the anticancer potential of Cynodon dactylon extracts obtained using petroleum ether, 50% hydroalcoholic, and aqueous solutions. In this paper, we evaluated the total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, and antioxidant power of the extracts. After that, in vitro, anticancer testing was performed using the MTT method on the A549 cell line
