Abstract
The aim of the study is to compare the efficacy and tolerability of 0.5% Levobupivacaine, 0.75% Ropivacaine and 0,5% Racemic Mixture Bupivacaine, in patients undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery.84 patients, ASA grade 1 and 2, were randomised to receive an epidural injection of study drug (17 ml 0.5% Levobpivacaine in Group L,17 ml of 0.75% Ropivacaine in group R and 17 ml 0.5% Racemic Mixture Bupivacaine in group B).
