Abstract

The current study aimed to demonstrate the effect of oxidative stress generated by free radicals resulting from the exposure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates to a sub-minimum inhibitor concentration of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and ferrous ion (Fe+2) with hydrogen peroxide, on the bacteria's ability to adhere to red blood corpuscles (RBCs).
