Abstract
This abstract paper delves into the efficacy of Alternate Therapies on Mental Wellbeing of Pregnant Women in India. Women's mental health during pregnancy has broad and enduring consequences for both women and their children. Through an intervention of alternate therapies, this study investigates the efficacy in improving the mental wellbeing of pregnant women among all trimester.
