Abstract

Training and development are essential for improving faculty performance in a number of ways. Improved teaching talents, subject knowledge, technology proficiency, leadership qualities, and research competency are all results of successful T&D programs. Maximizing the impact of these programs requires addressing issues like sustainability, resistance to change, and resource restrictions.
