Abstract

Background: Lung cancer has the highest incidence of all malignancies worldwide and accounts for approximately 13% of all cancer cases. Aim: To evaluate the impact of thoracic epidural compared to ultrasound (US) guided erector spinae plane block (ESPB) and to US guided serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) on controlling acute PTP functionally assessed with spirometer use and perioperative complications in patients undergoing operations for lung cancer through thoracotomy incision
