Abstract
This study aimed to isolation and diagnosis of most important bacteria related to upper respiratory tract infection in Calves, and propolis sample was collected for chemical quantification by HPLC technique and testing the antibacterial activity of alcohol and aqueous extract of Propolis sample against these isolates
