Abstract

In the contemporary landscape of human resource management, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various processes, with talent acquisition standing at the forefront. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the utilization of AI in talent acquisition processes across diverse industries. Through an extensive review of existing literature, this research explores the various AI-powered tools and techniques employed by organizations to streamline their recruitment strategies. This study delves into the multifaceted advantages offered by AI in talent acquisition, including enhanced efficiency, improved candidate matching, and predictive analytics for talent forecasting.
