Abstract
Bambara groundnut is a neglected crop in the department of Kantché despite its many advantages. This study aims at assessing the genetic diversity of Bambara groundnut as perceived by the producers of the department of Kantché (Zinder) as well as the sociocultural considerations in the villages of Godo, Tassaou and Badahi.
