The field of medicinal chemistry has experienced a substantial change with the introduction of focused drug design. This novel method allows for the development of extremely accurate therapeutic molecules that demonstrate enhanced effectiveness and less negative side effects, ultimately leading to improved patient results. This extensive research investigation explores different strategies utilised in medicinal chemistry to design and develop drugs that specifically target molecular sites.
