Molecular diagnosis of isolated nematodes from chickens

Abstract
360 samples of local chickens were collected from different areas in Salah Al-Din and Hawija Governorate during the period from May 2022 to February 2023, and when dissecting the chickens, nematodes were isolated and examined using a light microscope.
