Abstract
This study is aimed to investigate the influence of distinct variation of seasonal periods (October 2022 and January 2023), as well as gender disparities within a cohort of 50 local Iraqi sheep including 27 males and 23 females, aged (5 and 18 months). The primary focus was to establish the impact of these variables on the expression of the growth hormone receptors gene (GHR), growth hormone, thyroxin, and some biochemical components
