Abstract
The objective of this study was to evaluate the in vitro the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca 2+ -transport system of aortic smooth muscle and the underlying pharmacological mechanisms of indole alkaloides of copsinine and N1-acetyl copsinine which were isolated from the plant species Vince erecta Regel growing in Uzbekistan.
