Effective communication between parents and autistic children is an important factor in supporting the child's development, especially in increasing their self-efficacy. Self efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to complete tasks or face challenges. This article aims to review various literature on the relationship between parental communication and self-efficacy in autistic children. Based on the literature review, it was found that responsive, adaptive, and supportive communication from parents can increase the self-efficacy of autistic children. Therefore, parental involvement in effective communication is a key factor in supporting the development of self-confidence and independence in autistic children
