The paper examines the emergence of certain newer factors in worldwide economies. These factors are not only unprecedented and invisible in nature, but also bound to happen universally. Majority of the businesses are in the wrap of unexpected change particularly after COVID-19 pandemic. To cope with the fatal effects of the lockdown, businesses were and are still obliged to frame new organizational work methodologies. Transdisciplinary fields such as disaster management or pandemic studies or environmental studies have entered into the typical domain of social science. Humanity, the integral virtue of human beings has shown different colors during and post COVID.
