Schizophrenia remains one of the most enigmatic and challenging mental disorders, characterized by a constellation of symptoms that disrupt an individual's perception, cognition, and behavior. This comprehensive review delves into the intricate nature of schizophrenia, exploring its multifaceted symptoms, the underlying neurobiological mechanisms, and current treatment modalities.
