Abstract

The issue of Taqiyyeh is one of the teachings of the Shia school, and it has been recommended to its followers in many cases from the area of the innocents. Taqiyyeh is one of the most important factors that caused the Shiites to preserve their school and beliefs throughout their bloody history and pass it on to us. For this reason, it is considered one of the theological-jurisprudential beliefs of Shia and its historical functions to maintain its existence against the most non-Shia or non-Muslim. In the discussion of the educational works of Taqiyyeh, it is only to preserve life, wealth and honor. Of course, Taqiyyeh is used only in difficult and critical situations; A situation in which a believer is not able to openly declare his right position due to the fear that harm or danger may come to him from an oppressor. Taqiyyeh is used only by the person in whose land, freedom of speech, actions and opinion has been confiscated. In such an environment, a person can be saved only if he is forced to remain silent or pretend to agree with the opinions and thoughts of the oppressors and some people take refuge in it.
