Objective: The present study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of women of reproductive age group (18-40years) toward anemia and factors influencing anemia. Design: This was a community-based cross-sectional study. Information regarding knowledge, attitudes and practices was collected using a questionnaire and information on food was collected using food frequency. A multivariate regression analysis was performed to predict the variables influencing knowledge, attitudes and practices related to anemia. Pearson’s correlation was performed to test the relationship of income, age and education with knowledge, attitudes and practices related to anemia.
